Complete story on easy difficulty
Play through all 6 stages in one sitting. On easy the game is pretty easy so it is a good chance to get a feel on enemy’s attack pattern and which enemy drops armor / weapon

Repeat stage 6’s last part to farm for better weapon
Raise the difficulty now and try to finish stage 6, on first play if you need to continue that is fine. The goal is to unlock the final checkpoint for the stage so you can keep repeating it for weapon farming. When you reach Inferno keep playing until you got ARC-LAZR and XSX Plasma Launcher.

Complete story on normal, hard, hardest and inferno difficulty
Complete a run through on the above difficulty, with XSX Plasma launcher and ARC-LAZR you should be able to just blast through everything. Even the boss won’t stand for more than a minute.

Complete story on Extra difficulty
The difficulty jump spiked up on extra so it is recommended to farm some armor (1000 should do) before attempting it.

Cleanup
With all the mission related trophies out of the way you prob only missing the 2000 combo and 100% weapon collection.

Aerial Ace
Clear all 6 missions on Inferno Difficulty
You should be able to clear all 6 missions in one sitting with 800 armors, XSX Plasma Launcher and ARC-LAZR. Use XSX Plasma on mob and ARC-LAZR on bosses.
It is possible to farm only the weapon in stage 6 by clearing Hard and Hardest to unlock Inferno. Repeat the last part of the stage in inferno and hopefully you get 3 weapons and 9 armors after destroying all the rotating shields. If you have issue finding a good weapon I would recommend using the D2 Plasma Launcher which can be obtain in Hard difficulty.

Clear all 6 Extra Missions
Extra is unlock after clearing Stage 6 on Inferno difficulty. Enemy does more damage and their attack is more bullet-hell compare to other difficulties. The strategy is the same as inferno but would be safer with 1000 armors.
Once you got RZR Plasma Launcher and Thunder Bow XD, use them immediately. These are the 2 best weapons for AOE and boss.
If you need to farm for armor, either replay stage 5 from the 2nd checkpoint or stage 6 from final checkpoint.
Combo Expert
Get a 2000 combo
First obtain Ixion 9-Way (Stage 6 Extra), then get into he bonus shooting part in Stage 4 Extra. Somehow no bullet can get you at the spot below so you can just extend your combo until the timer runs out.
The trophy unlock in result screen so you can either complete the stage or gameover.

Somewhat buggy, I definitely had Ixion 6-Way and Thunder Sniper D dropped in the game but I can never seem them from my loadout screen. but trophy still unlock so I guess as long as you see the weapon appear in result screen it count as registered.
